I can see our pictures!! Yippie! I'm happy to see all of you again.
(Biggify to appreciate his purrty colors)
A couple of days ago, we had a trespassing Chinese Ringneck pheasant. The human bean didn't mind he was there, because this male pheasant was so purrty.
I, on the other hand wasn't furry impressed with his purrty colors. You can see I flattened out, because I thought maybe he was a bad guy and had an alliance with Mr Chippie. You never know. Mr Chippie is a crafty bugger.
Howefur, Mr. Pheasant didn't even seem to notice me. He happily strolled past.
What a handsome hunk of feathers!

ReplyDeleteMOL @ Mr Chippie is a crafty bugger!
ReplyDeleteYou want to be careful he doesn't come back and peck you!
Brilliant pictures.. Mum and dad see those a lot when they are out. I dont get to though.. He looked big so no wonder you were cautious.. Hugs GJ x
ReplyDeleteHow brave you were to lie there! He was a purrty fella, wasn't he.
ReplyDeleteMr. Pheasant comes in our garden and eats the bird seed that falls out of the feeders. He sits on our high hedge as well and shouts at us. I caught one of his brothers once, but he was too big and got away again.

Danielle, we don't have pheasants down here....mama grew up in South Dakota where there pheasants, pheasants and more pheasants, and she misses seeing them.....they are beautiful........but not as beautiful as you are. xxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteDanielle you are smart to stay on alert - you just never know who is working with the evil Mr Chippie. If you need any protection be sure to let me know.
